Cheap and permanent Facial Hair removal?

I have annoying facial hair that is now too thick to tweeze all the time. I used to do laser removal but its way too expensive and the hair kept coming back, though it wasn’t supposed to. Now I constantly pick my chin till it gets scabby because the hairs annoy me. I need a cheap and permanent way to remove it. Any suggestions?
