Electrolysis or Gentle Laser for hair removal? Which is better for removing permanantly facial hair?

I’ve had some laser done on my lip area but it’s taking many treatment to get rid of the hairs. What about Electrolysis? Is it permanent? How many treatments?

It does not matter which treatment you use as neither is permanent, because it is facial hair, it is Hormonal…..it will keep regrowing back, if you had hair removed from your legs, under your arms, or groin area by laser it would be permanent after a couple of attempts, these areas are not ruled by hormones.
