Is Epicare good for facial hair removal?

I found this interesting product online named"Epicare" for facial hair removal. Follow this link to their website: http://www.myspringit.com
I have never ever removed my facial hair before. Can anyone please advice me on this. Is it better to go for epicare as supposed to waxing or threading. Looks tempting to me but any suggestion from you all is appreciated.
