That question is hard to answer. There are so many variables that determine the results. The laser, how many treatments, the color of the hair, and even the color of your skin can vary the results. I’ve had treatments, and it has made HUGE improvements, but there is still hair visible. It’s not nearly as thick. It’s an on going process. If you’re ever interested in hair removal, just do your research to find a reputable laser center. Results vary. It could work for you, or it might not.

I have had laser hair removal and it was not administered by a dermatologist but by a technician working at a med spa that is supervised by a doctor. The technician was trained and certified by the manufacturer of the specific laser used by the med spa and I have had great results . I personally feel more comfortable going to a smaller more intimate med spa rather than a large chain center. I also think that the level of training of the tech is what matters, not whether its a Doctor or not.

the lazer place i went to went into liquidation three years ago so can’t get money back or to sue them. it’s like they bleed money out of the clients and run off with cash. Lazer is a big con and a TOTAL RIP OFF.

I had lazer hair removal done on my chest. I’m of Italian decent so you can guess how thick my hair is.
1) It is NOT painless……burning needle like pain in each follicle.
2) It is NOT permanent. 21 separate treatments on my chest and 2 years later cant tell any difference.

It did work to kills some hairs and to make the majority much finer so that I only have to bleach them, but it took 5 treatments and it does cause burns similar to a bad sunburn each treatment. I would do it over again, but I would never go to anyone other than a dermatologist to have it done. If it is done wrong or if you just have really bad luck it can cause permanent scars.
