Body Hair Removal Product

I am a 20 year old female and I have female facial hair, mainly blonde peach fuzz with some dark hairs, fairly noticeable, especially around the chin area. Is this normal? What is the best way to remove hair and/or stop/limit hair growth… besides hair removal laser treatment.
